Increased death rate as a result of the freezing weather

According to LondonMetro today, death rate are believed to have increased due to the March freezing cold weather.

The elderly, poor, sick and homeless were among those hit by the severe weather condition.

The grim toll was recorded despite 635,000 cold weather payments.
