The Council of Medical and Health Workers in Abia State, has threatened to go on a strike to protest alleged
misappropriation of their check-off dues to the tune of N12 million.
The union is accusing the Chief Medical Director of Abia State University Teaching Hospital, ABSUTH, Dr. Uwa Iweha, and his management of misappropriating the money.
