The Lagos State Government said yesterday that it will ensure that
justice is done in the case of the murdered General’s daughter, Miss
Cynthia Osokogu.
Speaking through the Lagos State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Ade Ipaye, said the government has decided to reverse its decision to charge one of the pharmacists, Mr. Orji Osita, who had been set free by a DPP advice dated Nov. 1, to ensure justice and fairness is done in the case.
Osita Orji and Maduakor Chukwunonso the two pharmacists charged along with suspects apprehended over the killing of Cynthia in Festac area were set free based on a DPP’s advice issued before the Attorney-General intervened.
